Q. チェックイン・アウトの時間は何時ですか？　
　What time is check-in/out?

ご宿泊のチェックインは午後4時から、チェックアウトは午前9時半が最終となっております。また、日帰りの有料個室をご利用の方は午後3時までとなっております。
Check-in for overnight guests is from 4:00 p.m., and the last check-out time is 9:30 a.m. Check-out time for day-trip guests using paid private rooms is until 3:00 pm.

Q. お部屋のチェックアウトの延長は可能ですか？
　Can I extend the check-out time of the room?

お部屋の延長は午後3時まで、有料の個室料金と、入浴料をいただいております。但し、ご予約状況により、お断りさせていただく場合がございますので、予めご予約ください。
You can extend your room until 3pm. We charge a fee for private rooms and bathing fees.
However, depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request for extension. Please make a reservation in advance.

Q. 支払いにカードは使えますか？
　Can I use credit card for payment?

宿泊ご利用の方、宴会ご利用の方はカードでのお支払いが可能です。
PayPayでの支払いも可能となっております。
If you stay overnight or stay for a banquet, you can pay by card.
You can also pay with PayPay.

Q. キャンセル料はかかりますか？
　Is there a cancellation fee?

お客様のご都合により、ご予約を取り消される場合、
宿泊及び、宴会の場合は1週間前より、人数減の場合は前日よりキャンセル料を申し受けます。
日帰りプラン並びに、有料個室の場合は前日までに直接当館へお問合せください。
When the customer cancels a reservation for customer's convenience, the cancellation fee is as follows.
In the case of a stay or a banquet, a cancellation fee will be charged from one week prior to the date of the event.
In the case of a reduction in the number of guests, a cancellation fee will be charged from the day before.
In the case of one-day plans and private rooms for a fee, please contact the hotel directly at least one day in advance.

Q. 客室の備品はどのようなものがありますか？
　What kind of equipment is provided in the guest rooms?

入浴タオル、バスタオル、ハブラシ、カミソリ、浴衣をご用意しております。
大浴場には、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープがございます。
We provide bathing towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, razors, and yukatas for our guests.
In the large bathroom, shampoo and conditioner and body soap are provided.

Q. 夕食・朝食の時間は何時からですか？
　What time is dinner/breakfast?

夕食は午後6時～午後8時半まで、朝食は午前７時～午前８時半までとなっております。なお、夕食、朝食ともにお部屋食ではございませんのでご了承ください。
Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM and breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Please note that both dinner and breakfast are not served in your room.

Q. 大浴場・露天風呂の営業時間は？
　What are the opening hours of the public baths and open-air baths?

日帰りのお客様は午前10時～午後10時（閉館、消灯）
宿泊のお客様は午後11時まで、朝は午前5時～午前8時までとなっております。
Day guests may use the facility from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (closing and lights out). Overnight guests may use the facility until 11 p.m. and from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning.

Q. 貸切風呂はありますか？
　Do you have private baths?

申し訳ございませんが、ございません。
Sorry, we do not have any.

Q. 日帰り入浴は可能ですか？
　Can I take a day trip bath?

可能です。入浴料は大人（中学生以上）650円、小人（小学生）330円、小学生以下の方は無料です。
Yes, you can. Bathing fee is 650 yen for adults (junior high school students and older), 330 yen for children (elementary school students), and free for children under elementary school age.
